True Care is an Outpatient Mental Health Agency. We are currently located in Paterson, Elizabeth, Newark, & Newly Opened Perth Amboy. We offer individual and family counseling services. We work to ensure that the communities in which we serve have access to quality care and treatment.

We are dedicated to providing assistance to individuals with emotional and behavioral health concerns in an effort to maintain stability and achieve personal goals.
